Two Roots, One Passion

Poncho wasn’t just built on wheels; it was built on heritage. Coming from Argentina and Brazil, we always missed the true, comforting flavors of our childhood homes—the smell of freshly baked empanadas, the crunch of golden finger bites, and the joy of sharing a meal with community.

That’s why we decided to start this South American food truck. We wanted to blend the best of both worlds, using traditional family recipes and making every single bite from scratch with fresh, local ingredients.
