Catering & Cancellation Policy

1. Food Truck Sales

All sales at the food truck window are final. Due to the perishable nature of our fresh, handmade South American food, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been prepared and served. If there is an issue with your order, please notify our team at the window immediately so we can make it right.

2. Event Bookings & Catering Deposits

To secure Poncho for a private event, wedding, corporate gathering, or catering service in Lexington, KY, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your specific date and prevents us from booking other events for that time slot.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event date: The initial deposit remains non-refundable, but any additional payments made toward the balance will be refunded.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event date: The client is responsible for the full estimated balance of the catering contract, as ingredients and labor have already been allocated.

• Weather Policy: Poncho operates rain or shine. In the event of extreme or dangerous weather conditions that prevent the safe operation of the truck, we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable rescheduling date based on our availability.
